Mo Money Mo Problems is a gangsta rap hip hop single by American rapper The Notorious B.I.G., from his 1997 second and final studio album Life After Death.

It features Puff Daddy and Mase, while the chorus was sung by Kelly Price.

On July 15, 1997, it was released posthumously as the second single from the album and was commercially successful.

The single ultimately topped the Billboard Hot 100, replacing Puff Daddy‘s tribute to the rapper, I’ll Be Missing You. It also topped the Billboard Hot Rap Songs and reached Number 1 in Netherlands.

The song was nominated for the 1998 Grammy Award for Best Rap Performance by a Duo or Group and is considered one of the most popular singles in hip hop history.
