Bad Romance is a dance pop song recorded by American singer Lady Gaga, for her 2009 third extended play (EP), The Fame Monster.

Gaga wrote and produced the song with RedOne.

Following its official release on October 26, 2009, music critics upheld the song, praising its composition and melody.

Though it was deprived the Number 1 spot on the Billboard Hot 100 by Jay Sean’s Down, the single went ahead to top the US Billboard Dance Club Songs, UK Singles Chart and charts in 26 other countries.

In addition, the song won two Grammy Awards for Best Female Pop Vocal Performance and Best Short Form Music Video.
