Knock You Down is a hip hop / R&B song recorded by American singer-songwriter Keri Hilson, from her 2009 debut studio album In a Perfect World…. The song features singer-songwriter Ne-Yo and hip hop artist Kanye West.

The song was released in the US as the album’s fourth single on April 7, 2009, and as the third worldwide single on May 4, 2009.


Knock You Down received mixed reviews from contemporary critics, who argued whether Ne-Yo and Kanye West overshadowed Hilson’s performance.

The single reached the number-three spot on the US Billboard Hot 100 and number five (5) on the UK Singles chart, while topping the US Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs and the US Billboard Rhythmic songs.

The RIAA has certified the song 2x platinum.
