Ready or Not is a hip hop / R&B song by American hip hop group Fugees, from their 1996 second studio album The Score.

The song’s chorus is taken from The Delfonics’ 1968 song Ready or Not Here I Come (Can’t Hide from Love) and samples Enya’s 1987 song Boadicea –she initially wanted to sue them for copyright infringement though.

Ready or Not topped the charts in the UK and reached top­-five in four (4) other countries. It was sampled in 2003 by R&B musician Mario Winans for his hit song I Don’t Wanna Know.
