Photos: Kim Kardashian fakes out fans and paparazzi with look-alike

Kim Kardashian who's still vacationing in Mexico brought in a look-alike to distract the paparazzi so she could go shop and do other things without being detected. Obviously it worked because a lot of media outlets thought she was the one chilling by this poolside. Really looking at the woman in the picture, I see no resemblance to Kim K.
