The song was released as a single on November 11, 1997 through Columbia Records and features Haitian musician/rapper Wyclef Jean who also doubles as one of the producers.

Although the album struggled to perform well on any chart, No, No, No peaked at number three (3) on the US Billboard Hot 100 and was later certified platinum.
