Osondi Owendi is an LP recorded by revered Nigerian highlife musician, composer and songwriter Chief Stephen Osita Osadebe, released through Polydor Records in 1984.

Though his previous LPs ‘Agbalu Aka Na Azo Ani’ and ‘Onu Kwulu Njo’ registered massive commercial success, Osondi Owendi surpassed them all.

This album has been a matter of debate for music pundits as a majority of them believe this is the most successful highlife album to date.

Osadebe being the highlife king he is and having a number of astounding LPs under his belt, picking the best out of his works would surely be a herculean task.
