According to the co-founder and partner at the firm, Dr. Vivian Chigozie-Nmonwu, the new offering is part the firm’s continuous collaboration with SMEs, and effort to amplify their voice/support them by providing a soft sail through the challenging business environment in Nigeria.

This provides annual cover for every subscribing business on its tax, accounting and audit requirements for as low as N230,000 per month for businesses with annual turnover of N50 million and below; and N367,000 per month for businesses with annual turnover ranging between N50 million and N100 million.”


“It covers a wide range of financial service needs including, annual preparation of financial statements, annual audit of financial statements, monthly preparation and filing of value added tax (VAT) returns, monthly preparation and filing of withholding tax (WHT) returns, collection of WHT credit notes for the company’s suppliers after the WHT remittance,” she added.
She explained that the package not only articulates and provides quantum discount on the annual compliance services, but also guarantees absolute peace of mind for SME executives/entrepreneurs as Vi-M provides all the required professional support in complying with these regulatory requirements.

“Other areas the new product will cover is monthly payroll processing, calculations of pension and pay-as-you-earn (PAYE) deductions, annual companies income tax (CIT) computations, annual preparation of tax disclosures in the financial statements, annual filing of CIT returns based on audited financial statements,” Chigozie-Nmonwu stated
