Nigerian High-Life duo Umu Obiligbo wraps up the year with a joyous song, “Anwuli” (Happiness).
As the yuletide approaches, Umu Obiligbo’s “Anwuli” (happiness) is a record that finds the duo discussing reality and what they want in life.
The term “Anwuli” literally means “happiness,” which was performed in the Igbo dialect. Umu Obiligbo continues their storytelling journey on the song.
PC Lapez is responsible for the production. The song is ahead of Umu Obiligbo’s forthcoming album, scheduled for release in 2023.
