Paul Barry wrote the song with Mark Taylor, who produced it with Humberto Gatica.

The track was released as the third (promotional only) single from the album on September 29, 2003, receiving critical praise from music critics.

On the charts, the single peaked at Number 17 on the US Hot Adult Contemporary Tracks and also charted in Romania.
