Ayo Technology is a hip hop rap song by American rapper 50 Cent, taken from his 2007 third studio album, Curtis.

It features American singer-songwriter Justin Timberlake and record producer Timbaland.

50 co-wrote the song with the artists and Danja, who also produced it with Timbaland.

The track was released as the fourth single from the album on August 31, 2007, receiving mostly mixed reviews.

However, it peaked at Number 5 on the US Billboard Hot 100 and reached Number 2 in the UK. It also entered the top ten in many countries, including France, Australia and Denmark.

The song has since been covered by Milow, Skyla and Katerine Avgoustakis, whose versions where individually successful albeit that of Milow was the most successful.
