The song was produced by Cool & Dre and was released as the third single from the album on July 22, 2008. The single peaked highest at number four on the US Billboard Hot Rap Songs.
My Life uses the same instruments as Eminem’s song, Stan.
Just like with Make It Rain, Weezy killed this hook too. Classic!
