UK-based Ghanaian producer DJ Juls is back with a new track “Gidigidi” featuring Ghanaian emcees M3NSA (of the rap duo FOKN Bois) and Pappy Kojo. The song’s pleasantly subdued beat – reminiscent of early 90s jazz rap – is accompanied by energetic verses rhymed in the Ghanaian Fante dialect by Mensa and Pappy Kojo. Their swift, expressive flows provide a gripping contrast to the song’s warm, relaxed production.
