“Watching You (Caroline)” the third single from Kahli Abdu‘s forthcoming project Book of Solomon is now available on all platforms after its premiere on OkayAfrica. Kahli enlists fellow Nigerian Ycee whose single Juice was a 2017 summer anthem. On “Watching You (Caroline)” the two singer/rappers trade verses over a Kahli Abdu produced track that has enough bounce to get you dancing, combined with buttery smooth, airy synths that will compliment your day lounging by the pool or on the beach.

“When I was recording this album in Rockaway Beach, Ycee came by and heard this beat and immediately got into it,” Kahli tells OkayAfrica. “The whole vibe in the room felt very organic and we ended up with this tune. I attribute my arrangement of this song to my appreciation for Phil Collins.”
